What's Included and Optional
Included on all hunts:
- Your hunting licence
- All tags for desired species available at the time
- All helicopter flights necessary to obtain a representable trophy
- All bush plane flights within the hunting concession
- All trophy fees payable to the Government of Canada (Royalties)
- All payments to the NRHPF (Non Resident Hunting Preservation Fund)
- All federal sales tax occurring on any payments (5% GST), with non resident tax rebate applied
- All export permits and Cites documents
- Your personal guide (1:1)
- All camping gear excluding sleeping bag and mattress
- All field preparation of your trophies, salting and drying of capes, boiling and bleaching of skulls
- Full service in main camp - all inclusive (accommodation, food, beverages, alcoholic drinks)
- Unlimited satellite phone usage in camp
- Full expediting service in Ft. Simpson on arrival and departure
· Handling of export permits in Ft. Simpson before you leave
- Flying of trophies to Ft. Simpson at the end of season (October)
Not included:
- Trophy fees payable to Outfitter after kill - see price list
- Travel and hotel expenses
- Trophy and meat flying to Ft. Simpson during season unless space is available
- Trophy shipment from Fort Simpson to your final destination - see info on trophy shipment
- Taxidermy expenses
- Gratuities to your guide and camp staff
Optional:
- Early leave from Camp to Fort Simpson, shareable between 3 clients - per flight, $1300
- Any air move with helicopter on hunters request in hunting area - per hour, $1700
- Companion on hunts in field - per day, $800
- Companion on hunts in base camp - per day, $400
- Personal packer - per day, $500
- Rental gun including ammo - per hunt, $400
- Rental sleeping bag and air mattress - per hunt, $150
- Service charge for VISA and MASTER card - per payment, 2.9%
